2017 Reptile Show

The WNY Herp Society is pleased to announce that the 16th Annual WNYHS Reptile Show and Sale will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 10 am to 4 pm, at the Rescue Fire Company No. 5 Hall, 1241 Strad Avenue, North Tonawanda, NY 14120. Alongside our indoor reptile expo we will be hosting a free outdoor festival also known as the “WNY Wild Expo” that will feature Western New York’s finest non profit organizations, educational, and wildlife / outdoor related businesses.

This new venue is centrally located for visitors from both Niagara and Erie County, in a pleasant neighborhood a few blocks from Niagara Falls Boulevard. The Fire Hall is just minutes from the Niagara Falls Boulevard exit of the I-290, making it easily accessible for patrons traveling via the NYS Thruway. Ample free parking is available in the large, well-lit lot.

For 2017 we will have WNYHS Volunteers and Outdoor Vendors dedicated to teaching Show visitors about all aspects of herp husbandry and wildlife. Knowledgeable volunteers will provide helpful information about caring for herps and living with wildlife. They will also be available to answer husbandry questions for those who may be new to herp keeping.

Adults and kids will have the opportunity to meet a variety of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates, up close and in person! This unique experience makes the Reptile Show and Sale a great destination for families who are considering adding a herp pet to their household, or who simply enjoy learning more about the natural world!

Admission prices for the 2017 Show are $6 for adults, $4 for kids ages 5-12, and free for children 4 years old and under. For more information, please visit the About the Reptile Show page, and check out the list of participating vendors and educators!
