Table Prices for Vendors

Tables purchased before April 1st are $40 for the first table and $35 for the second table.

Tables purchased on April 1^st or later are $50 for the first table and $45 for the second table.

WNYHS members table prices are; $30 for the first table and $25 for the second table.

The max number of tables you may purchase is two.

 2. Make your payment using the Pay Pal Page.  Be sure you are paying the proper amount.  Prices are  listed

above.

Enclose a check in the proper amount, made out the The Western New York Herpetological Society, and mail your, application and check to:

Terms and Conditions for All Vendors

• Doors will open to vendors at 8.000 AM on Sunday, May 20th 2012 to vendors.

• The public will be admitted from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,  must have everything out of the building before 4pm, please plan accordingly.

•  Each vendor may rent a maximum of two tables.

•  Two free Show admissions per table will be included with the table       

       rental fee.  Additional vendor tickets may be purchased at the   

       discounted rate of $5.00 each.

- Vendor tags must be worn at all times.

•  Table rental fees MUST be received with the vendor application for a

       reservation to be made.

• Table fees are non-refundable.

 • Only non-venomous, healthy animals that comply with all New York State and Federal regulations may be exhibited or sold.

- All animals must be displayed in appropriate caging. 

•  No live animals may be given away as prizes.

•  Vendors are solely responsible for any applicable sales tax obligations.

•  No fund-raising or solicitation for any organizations will be allowed.

- Vendors are responsible for any lighting equipment that may be used to help display your reptiles.

 - Vendors are responsible for their own food.  The club will not be offering any food for sale. 

-  When paying for the table, if you are paying member price please check to make sure you WNYHS membership is current.  If not you will be required to pay the difference or renew your membership.

•  WNYHS reserves the right to refuse participation by any vendor that  

      does not abide by all of the Terms and Conditions as stated, with no

      refund of table rental fees.
